Scott Bergstedt has been practicing law for 39 years.  He has taken on and won the difficult cases that others have said could not be won. His experience has been focused on the helping the individuals and small business rather than the big corporations. He has provided legal services in contracts, intellectual property, land sales and those who are wrongfully accused civilly and criminally.

In addition to his law practice he has been a part time Municipal Court Judge for 25 years and an adjunct professor at Washington State University.  He has been involved with the community as an aid member and Board member with the Greater Inland Red Cross.  He has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce, and with Washington State University on the Student Conduct Board.  He has been active with the Washington State Bar Association serving as a member and chair of several of the Boards serving the attorneys of Washington State.
