After having practiced law in Whitman County for the last
31 years, the time has come to move on. My
wife and I will be following our beautiful daughters and their growing families
in the Seattle area.
I have had the opportunity to engage with this community in
a variety of capacities since 1981, including Deputy Prosecutor, Trial Attorney,
Public Defender, Mediator/Negotiator, Municipal Court Judge, and of course
owning a private law practice. I
have enjoyed these opportunities in helping others, meeting and coming to know
so many and being a part of such a wonderful legal community.
Currently, I am in the process of transitioning my practice
to the Seattle area and will update this web page as soon as possible.
